PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
SUPERVISOR’S REPORT
CLERK’S REPORT –
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD – 15 minutes
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
AGENDA FOR BUSINESS MEETING
1. Recognition of Conservation Advisory Council Camp Scholarship Winner
Annually the CAC seeks applicants for the week long NYDEC Summer Environmental Education Camp Scholarship which is open to Red Hook students between the ages of 12-14.
2. Resolution to support Cell Tower Monopole
The last thing I could find in this was from April of last year. From the minutes: "Morris Associates spoke regarding monopole cell tower. Cell armor at the top of the pole will be removed and an antenna will be installed on an elevation of 125 feet so that no support or new pads will be needed. Attorney Chale explained this is not the Omnipoint tower and is trading out equipment that is already there."
3. Resolution to establish Capital Reserve Fund for Building
The town should have a capital reserve fund established for current and future building needs. The roof of the Town Hall is in need of repair. This is especially important to address since the Town was awarded a $123,000 grant from NYSERDA to increase the number of solar panels on it. Many thanks to Robert McKeon, Denis Colet, Laurie Husted and Jeff Irish for their work on the grant!
4. Reorganization
Continuation of appointments to Boards and Committees.
5. Correspondence
