What is GREEN living?
Our take on GREEN is that living green is NOT a "Liberal's Conspiracy", but actually a very conservative way of life, one that goes right back to the ways of all of our grandparents!!!
- Saving money on gas by driving to town only once per day on errands - do them all at once
- Saving money on expensive pesticides by NOT buying them for your lawn
- Saving money on doctor's bills by walking every day
- Saving money on garbage collection by composting kitchen scraps
- Saving money on garden fertilizer by using compost in your garden......

We believe that once we all get used to saving money on our home living,
we will then look outside into our community, and take an interest in saving money in our community life, in our town, as well. The resources that many of us have long taken for granted as FREE, such as air and water, are now in need of our conservative grandparents attitude of 'saving'.
The frontier mentality of " There is plenty more where that came from"
is being replaced by we need to take care of what little is left, we need to plan our communities ------ the way our small communities are going is the way the world is going.
